Finding where the tank light and sensor is on your water softener can be a little tricky. We're here to help! Check out the information below to see where these both are located on your softener.
The tank light sensor is a magnet located on the lid of the softener. When the lid is closed, the sensor ensures the tank light remains off. As soon as you open the lid, the magnetic sensor activates, turning the tank light on for your convenience.
Where is the Tank Light Sensor Located?
- Located on the underside of the top cover. You'll notice a raised area (circled below) where the sensor will be attached.
Where does the Tank Light attach on?
- Remove the top cover and on the underside, below the control board, you'll notice a spot to clip in the tank light.
