Instructions for Submitting a Claim

1. Fill out the necessary customer and part request information. 

2. Make sure to give a complete description in the Reason for section. 

3. Check the  I agree box and click submit when ready. 

4. You will receive a confirmation, later followed by another message once the claim is approved.
