Replacing the Rotor/Seal Kit (3/4" Single Disc)

1. Before you service the valve, make sure the unit is not in a recharge cycle. Recharge will be indicated on the screen if it is currently in a cycle.

2. Bypass the unit to shut off water and depressurize.

3. Remove the hex screws from the valve, and remove the cover (#1).

4. Replace rotor/seal kit parts 2, 3, 5, 6, 7, 8, and 11. Make sure wear strip and seal are positioned correctly (#7 pictured).

5. Reassemble the top cover and hex screws.

6. Restore the water to the unit and watch for leaks.
